Sure, certain wines pair with certain foods sublimely...but what about teevee shows? Moods? What do you drink while listening to Swedish Death Metal, or your spouse while he/she prattles on and on about how you never listen anymore? No one tackles these hard pairings, but I will. I honestly thought that their wines were nothing exceptional. I tasted a few and I had a chat with the owner and I was not impressed. Something about Texas wines I guess. They're bitter.
